How to order using a Purchase Order

Placing a PO via the website
Our website has been designed to allow you to place a purchase order automatically (if required). This speeds up the ordering process (since you are not waiting for e-mails to be actioned) and also allows you to place a PO at any time of the day/night.
To place a purchase order, you would simply follow the below steps.
Step 1 : Add item to basket
Find the product/s you wish to order and click the blue "BUY NOW" button.
Step 2 : Continue to checkout
A popup box will appear. If you wish to add other items to your basket, click the "continue shopping" button, otherwise click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
Step 3 : Enter Purchase order number
If you are looking to place a purchase order (or simply want to enter a PO number for your own records), enter this in the "Enter a purchase order number (if required)" box. Once complete, click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button.
Step 4 : Create an account
You will now be taken to the account creation / login page. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one by filling in the form provided. Once complete, click the "CONTINUE" button.
If you already have an account with us, click the "Sign in" link at the top and log in with your details.
Step 5 : Place order
On the final step you will be offered three payment options. If you wish to have a pro forma invoice e-mailed to you, click the "Pay by bank wire" button. Otherwise select Pay by card or Pay with PayPal. Next tick the "I agree" box and then click "PLACE ORDER".
